"This food was so good. Would definitely eat here again. We actually tried to but there was a 45 minute wait and we were too hungry. It was a Sunday, right when the church crowd had gotten out, so it was understandably busy. I really wanted to try the pizza. Try this spot!"

"I do not recommend delivery from here, the food was not hot, none of the dipping sauces were included, the loaded fries were actually just drizzled with cheese and it was just thrown in the containers. The dinner literally looked like it was made by a child. If you’re busy and don’t have the time to make deliveries and take care of in house, just don’t do the deliveries. The dinner was horrible!! "This is the first place I wanted to move here before a week. I had two bad experiences with customer service twice from the same employee. not sure their name, but it is the light skin black female with the tattoos. she gave her job last time, when I added another thing in the window, by going from behind, to the cash that ye just cried the added order, rolled her eyes and then proceed to leave the last added order (a chicken bite box for my child). I let this go and thought what I will try them again later, if it's just me and a smaller order. tonight, I rolled up on someone to pick up my order. I have no answer, not even a “I will be with them at a moment,” so after 4 minutes I thought the box is broken. I moved to the truck in front of me and asked if I had the double-champburgers. I said no, I didn't make my order, I thought the intercom was broken, I waited for a few minutes and nobody said anything. she said well, they will have to go around and back to the line cus I don't want to extend the other orders by adding their now. seriously, you're the one who didn't take my order after I waited for what else I should do, just sit there until you decided you wanted to say something. And I should have known that she would say that, because I could take the orders of the people behind me after I got up and waited for this truck to leave me with her eating. how lady, did you remember me before a week and decided to get me back to add a command in the window and why couldn't you realize that you didn't take my order, apologize and just took it there on the window? Anyway, I never leave reviews, so that tells you a lot. I hope the rest of jacksonville customer service isn't like that, or I just stay on the basis."
