"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"I’ve been sending gifts from Cookies By Design since receiving one in 1996 when my son was born. Everyone loves the flavorful cookies, the service is great, the staff is flexible and responsive, and hand delivery is notably inexpensive. Thanks to the owners of the North Olmsted, Ohio store who always get everything right and faithfully delivery the cookies I order to my family on the other side of town. Their drivers even call right after delivery to confirm. Spread love. Send cookies."

"Everything is absolutely amazing at Pizza Galley, you literally can close your eyes just pick whatever, and it's going to be good. One of my favorites there is the Pig in a Pita. If you want something different for dessert, their apple crumb pizza is great. Then of course every March only, the Reuben calzones, they are absolutely phenomenal"

"When we arrived there was 1 person in the entire restaurant. It took over 25 min to get our sandwiches, we were ready to leave when they came. We had to ask for silverware when food delivered. Food was bland, tomatoes were old and mushy. Service was slow and subpart. When we cashed out, our waitress came back with our change and said I shorted you 39 cents, we didn 't have any change in the store . I just wanted you to know, and walked away. Wow!!! Won 't be going back!"

"This place is cash free but they do have an ATM. This is my favorite place to go in the summer I recommend the soft serve orange sherbert. Quick service and always nice. They have delicious slushies. Prices are reasonable. Open seasonally."
