Arriving down the coast, my husband and I were really looking forward to a good feed of fresh fish and crispy chips! After reading mixed reviews we decided to try The Salty Dog. What a waste of $40! The fish was near inedible being completely over cooked, chips soggy and as if they came from a supermarket packet and sweet potato cake was not cooked. View all feedback.

Good fish and chips. Only downside is slightly overpriced. Otherwise very nice fish and chips and very tasty

"Don't come to Lorne without visiting Ipsos, an amazing Greek restaurant. My wife & I were blown away by the food, atmosphere & service. We ordered the slow cooked lamb, served with mixed greens and an almond/hummus sauce. Truly amazing; savoured every bite.
