"The spot for soft serve ice cream. I remember when it first opened and saw how it became a permanent structure, and then added their mobile dairy bar. ?Wonderful ice cream, tons of flavors and toppings, a rotation of special flavors, all of which they'll let you sample. ???? ?Parking is everywhere. "I like this place usually the girl that handles the fron she is very nice when she isn’t there it’s like the extra pieces of lime come out of their checks or something because one time i asked for extra lime extra basil they gave me zero lime zero basil tonight I asked for the same and they gave me no extra but I didn’t complain because I’m tired of telling them extra lime extra basil. It’s like learning the language must be difficult because extra lime and basil are hard words !!!"

"Well, I’ve always gone there for more than 10 years, I live right behind the restaurantI’ve seen new servers come in and outThey’re were always amazingBut now, recently, since they remodel and change staff, it has become the worst.Today June 8 , 2023 at 11:amWent to get some lunch.I always like mix my pho and this time I got small pho, veggie broth, no onions with soft tendon and crab meat.At first the server said not to the crab meat, I don’t know why, then he changed his mind and say yes, I always ask for extra lime and before no one had a problem of giving me extra lime, today I asked for extra lime, they gave me 2 pieces extra, and when I go to payThey were charging me $1.00 for two lime wedges, come on people, this is ridiculous.I’ve been going every day there for more than 10 years and this is what it has come to?The service is really bad,There’s was this guy, a very good server, his name is Tren, amazing server and many more that are are not there anymoreYou need to hire more effective people because this old man and this young guy that are there now, are not good for business, the also demand tips for a bad service."

"As a rule, to include a breakfast after a child at school. Lines are always wrapped, so I learned to order on the app to quickly get in and out. The staff is always great and cannot be crazy if you have well-trained staff."
