What User likes about Soul Rebel:
Happened by the truck when they were parked in Arlington and ordered on a whim. The oxtail was fabulous, richly spiced and perfectly tender. Rice and beans were flavorful and the plantains on the side were A+. Delicious meal! read more.

Probably the worst Caribbean food I’ve had yet solely due to the couscous. The menu needs to specify the type of rice because it said rice and peas. The oxtails were said to be Dali g off the bone but that was not true, they were tough, but the flavor was good. I got 2 and a half large oxtails for the large plate, hardly any meat.
