Came here for a birthday which is befitting for a tasting menu. Small place in a non descript plaza, but the ambience and service was amazing! Fairly formal, but with a relaxed hip hop rb playlist going, definitely breaks it up a bit. I was expecting more Japanese flair, but the menu for the night was definitively Taiwanese.
