What a gem! I was craving some home cooked breakfast and Charlie's served it up. The biscuits and gravy were hot, flaky, and generous. The half portion was enough to fill me up. The gravy had bits of bacon and sausage, a nice creamy texture (not gelatinous), and the biscuit was buttery. Perfect! My husband got the Denver omelet and loved it just as much.
