Bank Braes - Los Altos

What Kenneth L likes about Bank Braes:
Banks Braes is located inside State Street Market in Los Altos. I watched the staff behind the counter working frantically while perusing the food options in the hall. I eventually returned and ordered from the kiosk. I had initially planned on trying the Roast Chicken, but I decided on the B B Cheeseburger with a side of Herb Fries. What Cameron K doesn't like about Bank Braes:
Fries were good. Burger was bad. Not the construction of it, that was fine. But the meat tasted like it was old. Either it's not fresh or they left it sitting out for a while but I took two bites and had to throw it out. If you're gonna charge $10+ for a burger, at least make sure the meat is edible....
