Wow. This new spot is really perfect. Great ambiance and open and breezy and hipster. The brunch was spectacular. The best egg sandwhich I have ever had--avocados and chili butter on the perfect bagel. The grilled cheese sandwich with three types of cheese melted to perfection is over the top.
