Good location, plenty of street parking. This location has a great setting area inside but cannot be used during pandemic, no outdoor seating. Friendly service, coffee as always very good. The slowest wifi I have ever experienced at a cafe. Was looking forward to getting some work done here, but was completely disappointed that I couldn’t even load a google webpage.
