We came here to watch the NBA western semi finals game. We figured it would be packed so we made a reservation through OpenTable. Upon arriving, the 2 x hosts initially said they couldn’t find our reservation. Followed by saying their system was down so they couldn’t look up our reservation even if they tried and that it was too packed of a night for any guarantees. They did not accept our reservation. They were charging a fee to go in.
THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY RESERVED TABLE. I WAITED 20 mins for a table and 30 for my food
