So if you want a good but simple meal, California Chicken Cafe is the place to go. Every time I go to LA, I come here to a simple but tasty meal. The heart of the menu is the roasted chicken (duh). This was the first time I ever had an order from this restaurant. I order at home delivery usually twice a week my average purchase is about 45.00 without tip. I first ordered California Wok this week. My Mongolian beef smelled and had to throw him out. The garlic shrimp was fine, but I had stomach problems after eating a few shrimps. "Everything about this place was excellent, food, service, drinksLots of vegetarian options. Everything we ordered was great, the Three Cup Mushrooms were to die for, highly recommend! Other favourites were the peanut salad the scallion pancake. Decent wine and beer selection.The only downside was the fact that you order pay for your food and then wait for a table which was slightly confusing and makes it hard to know how long the actual wait will be/ if you’ll get a table.
