I placed an order for lunch at 3:50, giving 25-30 minutes for it to be ready before I went to lunch at 4:30. I received a text message at 4:17 saying that my order was ready. Food is so fresh and not too long of a wait to pick up after ordering. I usually call in my order to save on the wait time. Their macaroni salad and tartar sauce are so good . You gotta try them.Food: 5/5

The fish is good but no disrespect to the Collins market owners, there could be bigger portions. Regardless the fish is good and for under $20 I cannot complain. Ohh ohh ohh, please consider selling Coca-Cola it has more of a citrus flavor that would compliment the fish betterFood: 4/5
