I'm not sure why I hadn't heard of this place until I was sniffing around for sandwiches in the area, but I'm glad I found it! The fried chicken sandwich seems to be the item here, and it's indeed good, but it didn't cause me to roll my eyes into the back of my head with delight the way that absolutely delectable McDowell sandwich did. This place is very small and does not look like your typical sandwich shop, so it is really easy to miss. When I came in, it resembled a small dining area of a house instead of a restaurant.
