Culina has a beautiful outdoor seating area and attentive service. The food portions (specifically the gnocchi) was disappointing and the dish itself was pretty okay. Pizza carne wasnt bad but I've had much better at North Italia and for a more reasonable price as well. Just didn't feel that the food justified the costs they set read more.
