What Robert Amos doesn't like about Hatch:
I had wanted to come here for a while, and finally planned a dinner where I could also introduce friends to yakitori. This is NOT authentic yakitori, and also maybe Japanese adjacent at best. The skewers were dry and under seasoned. We got a salmon skewer with furikake, and there was so much furikake it was more like a blackened salmon.
