"Food is five stars but the absolute consistent rudeness of the host/young man who answers the phone is a massive disgrace to the establishment. His attitude and unnecessary questions along with what appears to be an act of pretentiousness is out of line. Writing this review now because he has now acted this way with myself and a few of my friends who placed a large group order tonight. There are many examples of his callousness but the cherry on top is his lack of care for a serious shellfish allergy. He was unwilling to communicate to the kitchen and finally after consistently requesting he said “I guess I can try.” Not a pleasure doing business."

"We are regulars at this shop. Such friendly workers. We are always greeted and thanked when we leave. They are also pretty quick if you are in a hurry. The selection of bagels is my favorite. I love the onion bagel, egg bagel, sourdough bagel and the cinnamon crunch is unexpectedly amazing.Today we ordered a egg bagel with cream cream and a onion bagel double toasted with cream cheese.The store is always clean and the bagels are always fresh and stocked."
