Best oxtails in the city but you can order online, call ahead or even plan ahead and you will STILL be waiting at least 30 minutes for your food. That's not a problem but the area isn't the best in the world so waiting out on the street for food can raise issues. The parking lot is super small and people back into other peoples' cars often.
