This place is an absolute GEM. I can't say enough about her spectacular food that owes her mothership to Laurel Canyon. I was regular at this place and can't get enough. Unfortunately, the front personnel have been very disappointing recently. You have made mistakes in our takeover orders over the past few months. Great pizza. Everything I've had has been great Hercules, Adonis ... both tasted awesome. The mushroom pizza is great too. Great place for carry out. Glad I found my go to pizza place here in LA!
I'm from NYC and can be picky about my pizza and my bagels. I got a 12 inch pepperoni and it met my expectations. The pepperoni's edges were perfectly crisp, and it came with a layer of fat you could see. I didn't have enough napkins to dab it, so I went in it was finger licking good. The back patio is a cute vibe to check out too. Bring a date, friend or group.
I ordered the meatball sandwich. The bread was the only positive, the meat is dry and lacking of its own flavor. The sauce has a sweet displeasing taste, the cheese was ok. All in all OVERATED and cafeteria taste, not for me.Food: 1/5
I love ordering takeout from here!! My favorite dish is the pappardelle bolognese with extra cheese the sauce is meaty and hearty, and the pappardelle noodles hold the sauce perfectly! Tbh this is all I ever order, but did try a slice of pizza before that was good, just not my favorite!! Love having Pace Joint in the neighborhood!
