What Russell Toal likes about Red Herring:
Truly exceptional food and service. In nm ovative cuisine, informed and helpful wait staff, good drinks from the bar. The crab cakes and the grilled whole fish were both outstanding. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars: it is crazy noisy and the wine list is limited. But this place is really good. View all feedback.
What Merle Padberg doesn't like about Red Herring:
The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. The guts are delicious, the best cut. Very good service, always attentive to every need.
The wait was too long at another restaurant a block away so we strolled into this one. The food was fairly good. Loved the vibes here. Red Herring
