"If they want to make one of the most delicious chicken and beef combo plate along with a side order of some really delicious soba, then this is the place for them. what has won me is how consistent they are. each combo/plate is filled with rice and its choice of the protein to the maximum. the owner is proud of his business and it shows. her teriyaki sauce is so good. "My friends and I have been eating here for years. Isa, the owner is very friendly and if you become a regular, she's so good about knowing what you want or making suggestions. She is more than happy to make adjustments if possible to dishes. Her soy sauce Eggs are my favorites and if I don't get a combo I always order one a lá carte. The shop itself is a cozy place with neat things to buy from local sellers. I wish she was open later like she used to be, but I completely understand why she isn't. We try to come by every week to support her business."

"The food here is perfect, best plates we? ve had in a long time. The food is always fresh, which helps a lot. Usually quite busy, but the service is fast. They are known for their chicken, lamb, mixed (the top sale) plates. Very good meal and also. They also have independent kiosks that are easy to use. What else can you really ask? When I went through the door, Hafiz was very attentive and made sure that I took care of myself very efficiently. Hard to find a place with this good service and amazing food."

"The women who helped me was very kind and my food was amazing. So far the honey garlic boneless is my favorite and it’s insanely crispy. Also recommend the hibiscus sweet tea it’s very refreshing too. When I first went I thought it was on the pricy side (I get 8 pcs for 15.99 but I think it’s worth it for the quality and insane flavor. I also love watching the K-pop videos on their tv while I wait for my food. Honestly the best fried chicken in Northridge in my opinion. I’m going back today so I can update my review with pictures :"

"Visited McConnell's Fine Ice Cream during the vacation with some friends to enjoy a cool treat on an unusually hot day. I've been going back since. I really like a good waffle cone, but. I ordered a milkshake. One of my favorites is the mix of bananas salted caramel with double peanut butter chip. Nothing but delicious heaven. The staff was great, mixes the flavors well and makes the drink slightly thick. The paper straw makes it difficult to enjoy a shake without a small fight, but tasty no less."
