What User likes about The Carving Board West La:
I loved the carving board in the Valley, so I decided to try one near my office. The menu is more limited than the Tarzana location, but the quality is still just as good. What User doesn't like about The Carving Board West La:
Delicious chicken parm sandwich, but the Superfood Salad felt like a salad I could expect to get from Walgreens. The salad consisted of a thin bed of spinach leaves (about 1/8 inch thick) topped by a plain dry chicken breast. If I wanted a thin bed and dry chicken, I would have gone to a Motel 6 next to a KFC. I expect much better for a $16 salad! View all feedback.
Haven't tried the sandwiches but they look amazing.
Good sandwiches, will go back to try more!
