The Hrb Experience Century City from Los Angeles Menu

HRB is a contemporary hand roll bar that draws inspiration from Japanese traditions, flavors, and techniques. Our concept is centered around showcasing the best of Japanese produce and delicacies. Each hand roll is meticulously crafted using special nori from Ariake Bay in Japan. To enjoy the full crispy texture of the nori, we recommend eating the hand rolls right away. Our rice, considered one of the finest short grain varieties globally, is served warm to bring out the vinegar notes and complement the fish's temperature. Our main focus is on sourcing the freshest seafood while also making sustainable choices to help protect our planet's resources. We view the sea as our backyard and strive to do our part in preserving its natural biodiversity.

I went with my partner as a quick and fun lunch while we were shopping and it has turned into now a favorite snack spot! The prices are relatively decent and the quality of the fish is great! This is an unique spot at the Westfield area. It’s outdoor sitting only and chill area casual dining. It is a bit overpriced for what they serve, but the ingredients are fresh and sourced locally. The customer service sucks! I was there in the afternoon around 4PM, 3 servers chit chatting and not providing services at all, yet they still bill you 18% service fees for 1 person dining.
