Contribute Feedback What Jane Highwater doesn't like about Smith's Food And Drug:
The Los Lunas Smith's grocery store always looks dirty. The floors are disgusting and so is the womens restroom, which I used once and, well, never again. Recently, I went in with a list of a few things and five of the items I wanted were out of stock. Come-on, butter and brownie mix? And the coffee grinder, if you can even find it, in the dog food aisle, is a joke it is broken so often. There are never enough checko... View all feedback.

The employees that work there are very friendly and offer assistance with helping to find items on my shopping list.
Been shopping here since 1993 and the staff are like family at this point. Smith’s always has what we need without having to go to W-mart!

"Don't waste your time trying to call in an order here, their customer service is terrible! After being told to hold because there were three callers ahead of me, and waiting on hold for 14 minutes, they hung up on me and decided to stop answering thethree call back attempts I made and decided to just take the phone off the hook instead! Great way to keep up the business,won't bother ordering from here again..rude!"

"It doesn't happen often by my hand, but 5 stars to the Denny's in Los Lunas, NM! I mean, it's a family restaurant. My expectations were met completely! What was UNEXPECTED was the level of customer service! Just outstanding! In a time when the corporate machine is hyper focused on wringing profit out of me, it was a refreshing surprise to experience a management that seemed to care about my business and met my needs in, what is today, very rare form. I don't recall the managers name, but kudos to you mate! You're doing an outstanding job! Tell corporate that I said you (and your excellent staff) should get a raise! PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT! THEY DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! ~db~ ?"
