"We love this restaurant, and the experience just seems to get better each time we go. The food is fabulous, as is the menu. Good job all around I would say the only criticism is maybe the music is too loud in and around the bar area."

"People, product place: the three P’s that are important to us in a business that we support. Santa Ynez Kitchen hits the mark in all three. From approaching the front door, to leaving at the end of our meal and every contact between is always excellent. They are professional while being friendly. If you have been there before, they probably remember what you like but always offer alternatives. Excellent staff throughout. Their product, food and drink, have always been excellent in taste and presentation. Something to please your palate and they are responsive to many food sensitivities. I am gluten sensitive and there is always several choices. And the place: very nice. Dine inside, on one of two patios or the covered and enclosed porch, it is always comfortable and pleasant. One of the best restaurants in the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara County. We have never been disappointed."

"I (we) have enjoyed IE for many years and on our frequent visits to Paso, IE is a must first stop! The menu is always over the top coupled with such deliciousness, we are often conflicted on what to try. This last time I did try the Trust Us bc I couldn 't make up my mind. It did not disappoint! The owner, Janet, is always around to give suggestions and I have asked her many times what she recommends as the plates are seasonal and sometimes new to the menu. The atmosphere is fun and if you sit at communal table, you are sure to engage a nice conversation with fellow diners who appreciate this wonderful dining experience!"
