El restaurante se encuentra en la zona de espera del teleférico del Cañón del Chicamocha, pero no en la entrada principal de Panachi, sino en la de Mesa de los Santos, donde terminé mi recorrido por el parque. Me sorprendió ver un restaurante peruano en un lugar de paso. Decidí comer allí, y aunque fue un poco molesto porque solo se puede comer en la terraza y las moscas pueden ser molestas, la comida estaba deliciosa. Probé el róbalo limeño, que sirvieron con tajadas de plátano, ensalada y arroz, luego completé la comida con un café de una hacienda cafetera que había visitado dos días antes en Mesa de los Santos, Hacienda el Roble.
