This hotel is so great! The staff is beyond amazing and accommodating and they always treat me like an old friend when I stay! The rooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. here's what happened to me checking in last week. My friend's card was declined for incidentals, so I got out my card and told the man behind the counter to use mine. He had the audacity to turn to my friend and ask if it was ok to use this card. I immediately asked why are you asking him, it's my card. This man didn't even give me eye contact. This place is a disgusting disaster. Smells horrible, black mold in the bathroom, no elevator, surly staff, worn carpets, tiny workout room that smells rancid. Just the worst.
Disgusting bathrooms with mildew-ridden shower. Shocking $300+ night for a dump, no elevator, no sink stopper, noise from next room thru thin walls. Miscellaneous splatters of indistinct origin on the walls. Buyer beware even if desperate to find a place for camp weekend pick up.
Everything about the place is fine except for the outrageous price they charge for nascar weekend, it's absolutely ridiculous! They could still make money charging half what they do ! Price gouging at it's best ....
It's one of the cleanest Quality Inns I've seen in a while. Although the breakfast area needed some help. No regular coffee was available, and the eggs were cold.
