"Normally I would never bother to write a poor review . We had enjoyed coming here for the past five years. The food is constantly good. Service can lag behind at times Unfortunately, it started initially as we walked in and 4 dinners) we’re kept waiting 20 minutes to be seated with reservations. Our waitress developed an attitude when I tried to get her attention. She was cleaning the table next to us no matter how many times I tried to get her attention, she looked down did not respond until I raised my voice a bit, after 30 minutes of waiting for our drinks. I told her we were still waiting for our.l drinks. She snapped at me , with an attitude said you can see we are busy. Well she took a bit longer to get our drinks. She finally took our order. Food arrived 37 minutes later. I and my friend ordered the Crab Cakes for $32.00. Well they arrived Brunt Flat Pancakes. My friend was very gracious and peeled back the outside and scraped off what she could and ate what she could I sent my Crab-cakes back and didn’t eat. I refused to reorder. There was no manager available to speak too. I was annoyed by the waitress attitude. I stopped at the bar asked the names of the owners. I explained my experience the attitude waitress came over injected herself and bark at us, that dinner was Comped. I spoke up stated i had intention of paying fir something burnt had bit eaten. I explained to the bartender that we have always had a good experience because the food was consistently delicious. She appreciated the comment. I told her I was a professional cook and if one if my servers ever spoke to a customer like had. It would be her last night. I must apologize for the poor long review. Being waitress/waiter is hard work. The workload can be overwhelming. Maybe this waitress should fine other employment. Dietary restrictions: Peanut allergy. Worried about the cross contamination if frying seafood other proteins in same oil in tge frill. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4"

"What a great experience and delicious lunch. Alexis our server offered great suggestions and her service was top notch. Our party of 6 all has different meals which tasted amazing. "Order pizza online. I missed the extra kits of bread from my order. called the restaurant and explained what was missing. They sent their driver back with fresh Cheesy sticks and apologized for it. Thanks for the quick delivery. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and treated the problem with grace. If they make a mistake, they will fix it. We'll get back from them. Our pizzas were also great."

"Went at the estimated arrival time and they stated order would be right out. Waited over 20 minutes and asked for an update on when it would be ready. They acknowledged they didnt even put the order in so had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. Food came out okay."

"My husband and I had breakfast at Crescent Inn on Saturday morning. We sat at the bar. Our waitress was more interested in servicing her boyfriend (also seated at the bar) that anyone else. He had at least 3 dishes of scrambled eggs brought out to him while we waited 30 minutes for our order. Instead of refilling our coffees the waitress was at the bar eating breakfast off his plate while taking orders for carry out. The establishment was not clean. My fork and knife was dirty. Floors and counter tops dirty. We will not be eating there again."
