Buffalo Wild Wings - Louisiana

The service here is TERRIBLE! Once we got to our table it took the waitress at least 10 minutes to even come ask us for drinks and apps. When she got to the table she seemed annoyed and was talking to another waitress about taking our table. She didn’t even seem to retain our simple order we put in. We decided to put in our entire order which consisted of; 2 sodas and a beer and mozzarella sticks, wings and a kids cheeseburger. Megan Annie behind the bar were perfect. Struck up conversation with customers, big smiles, and if everyone behaved with their class demeanor the world would be a better place. These 2 young ladies made a very sad for me, tolerable. Great service, empathy, compassion. This is 5 star HUMANITY, not customer service.

Had the 10 piece wings which was good. I got 1 little container of Mango Habanero sauce, needed 2 for the amount of wings I had. I also had a spicy margarita which was very good.

The server was great and she kept up with our drinks. We where a 20 top. However the food was not good the wings where hard. Orders were late like 15 to 20 mins late. my grandmother was trying to get her food sent back because she did not like it, the guy she was speaking to was rude saying that there was nothing he can do in the form of a discount. The food is ok. The service is not very good. They always seem under-staffed. The staff here is always friendly though.
