It's refreshing to see young people who show (what should be common) courtesy and have manners. The guy in drive thru sounded enthusiastic, like he wasn't just there to collect a paycheck, or even to take my order. He sincerely wanted to make my day better. And he did! Update Had a call from the manager and she wanted to know what took place, and after explaining to her, she insisted I return to fix me a burrito herself, that is great customer service from the manager, maybe I’ll change my mind about how much this place sucks..
