I give this restaurant 5 stars for its service but not for its property. With just a 5-10k investment, they could have a decent bar. It is disappointing that the owner's name is associated with this place while employees are forced to work in such poor conditions. This is the best dive bar I have been to! It's getting more popular, but the drinks are still cheap and strong - just the way they should be!
This was my first time ever in this bar. I will definitely come back to this place. Rhonda was extremely awesome. She wasnt overly friendly she really handled her bar with ease. I left in a good mood . Kudos Henrys well done
Ok, it's a hole in the wall bar with pool tables so if you're looking for trendy or upscale, this is not it. I've only had drinks here but many locals love to hang here so I've had lots of good times, and they get decent live music because it's a popular place.
Henry 's is without a doubt the diviest dive bar in the county. Even moreso than Dillinger 's. Mugs are super frosty, cheap pitchers, no food, but you can bring takeout. Popular place for the locals on the weekends with darts, pool, and good service. but theres definitely something off about this place. It feels eerie... like the dilapidated restaurant from the Goonies or the bar from the golden glove . On slow nights, you 'll find characters that remind you of serial killers, and a distinct smell like formaldehyde. The twilight zone energy of this place is inescapable once you notice it, making you wonder what secrets it has to tell. I 've been to plenty of seedy dive bars, but theres something about Henry 's that makes me uniquely uneasy. Henry 's is an acquired taste, a timeless dive that has served generations of locals, while somehow remaining unchanged for decades. A perfect place to go for one last round and a game of pool to end the night. But its not for everyone, and if you spend enough time here, you 'll know exactly what I mean.
