This has become one of our “must go” places every time we’re in town. Good food at reasonable prices with a welcoming atmosphere, we are never disappointed. The only negative is the service, which more often than not is abrupt, rushed and breathless. What Gumbie Island V doesn't like about The Huckleberry:
I have never had a bad meal here, so I’m willing to think this was a fluke. I ordered breakfast just after 3 p.m. The waiter said it wasn’t a problem, and the chef agreed, even though they stop serving breakfast 3. The eggs were slimey undercooked, the potatoes tasted like they’d been sitting in the pan since 7 a.m. were disgusting hard as rocks. Huckleberry is truly delightful. I enjoy frequenting for breakfast during my stay, although it's worth noting that there is often a substantial wait....
