Aspen Creek is a new place by the folks that own Texas Roadhouse. It has a vibe like Longhorn Steakhouse in that it is supposed to be like a Colorado cabin, I guess. Regardless, the seating is a little sketchy for big parties, big people, or the handicapped because it is all booths (that don't move) in this restaurant.
