Amazing customer service! We came after the doctor's appointment of my daughter and the two girls work super nice. While I ate our ice cream, I noticed a piece of the spoon that my daughter had cut off with chips, so I threw the cup away. My mother tried to order a new one, but they replaced it for free! Not quite a scam and, in my opinion, you are better served to take your money elsewhere. We ordered two 1-scoop cones. Normally, you would expect the worker to pack the cone quite full of ice cream that he rises out of the cone.
