The guy cooking was amazing! He's so talented fast! I observed him prepare 9 orders in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes! Great atmosphere, employees my sandwich was fantastic! I don't know what is going on at this store. I have been coming here for 5 years but the experience we had yesterday is totally unacceptable. The staff was totally incompetent and the service was awful. The food was wrong and sloppy. We waited FOREVER w multiple wrong orders. They gave us a refund but sheesh. Get it together! Might just go to the one on hurstbourne from now on. View all feedback.
