White Castles is one of my favorite places. I have ate at many different locations over the years. But this location was THE BEST! There was a mgr/trainer of some type assisting a new person it seemed. There was a slight delay which was ok. Once I received my order I went parked in the parking lot to eat. Can't really review because I couldn't get any service. I stood waiting to give my order for well over 5 minutes. They saw me, they walked past me 10 times, they just didn't talk to or interact with me, once. IDK if it was a racial thing or what. It disappoints me, but it is what it is. Won't come back. The staff was horrible. From the moment we pulled up to order our food to the time they handed it to us, they were rude. I said nothing to upset them. The lady that took our order dropped my food into my lap then slammed the window closed. She then proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs to someone in the store. Avoid this place. Ratchet...

Window clerk was very nice and very well spoken. Actually went to 2 other locations all on Dixie Hwy in Louisville Ky.
Food is almost always good.They have new things on the menu also sell slushies Cheese rings are so good
Third time to stop in and finally got waited on. The onion rings were skinny and stringy. They didn't have that white castle crunch and break apart. And the prices are becoming outrageous. Almost $7 for 3 burgers and a small ring
