What Bobkimminau likes about Captain:
Had lunch here after girls went parasailing. They were asked to dress slightly more modestly which wasn’t an issue but they were wet. Didn’t spoil a nice lunch tho’. Food very tasty and well presented. Service good but there wasn’t many eating so staff weren’t challenged by numbers. Would definitely consider using again if in the marina. View all feedback.

What Wanderer66534367084 doesn't like about Captain:
Poor service from booking the table to paying the bill. 8th night in Vilamoura and our worst meal so far, expensive run of the mill food, restaurant full of foul mouthed men. View all feedback.

What a lovely experience, we stopped on our walk around the marina for a light lunch. The service and food were excellent, so was the price.

"Menu looks great with many options, but when I went to order a takeaway the server quite schnippily told me that they were not Takeaway because they were so busy (they weren't even so busy... . The setting of the server was quite bad, and does not seem like they should turn customers away in a resort city in low season, but whatever. Just a bit disappointed because you find vegetarian/vegan options in a European resort city needs a little effort if everything has to be on foot away from the hotel, then turn around and the staff quite rudely say you go."
