Probably the best upmarket “value for money” restaurant in Vilamoura. Great food, location, ambiance Pleasurable experience you can have (lunch dinner), but “boy” can the service frustrate you. Tuttapanna has “morphed” from a small restaurant, to add a “tapas” “burger” bar I suspect), to a “combined larger” restaurant (same area), just off the marina.
