Such a beautiful place with great ambiance. The service was top.notch with our waiter attentive. There are antique Costa Rica photos layered through. The food was good but not the best a sincere lack of seasoning. The cuts are top notch but nothing passed it. The empanadas and tomato soup also needed more seasoning read more.

"The setting was pleasant. Food quality was very good. Prices were reasonable. Service however, was inconsistent. I found the morning/afternoon staff to be very attentive. They were quick to get me a menu, ask if I would like coffee, take my order, and even refill my coffee. The evening dining experience was different. It took a while to be given a menu and when it came to ordering another item (lE: a glass of wine), I had to really try hard to get the attention of a server. As a businessman, I found this interesting since customers are likely to spend much more for evening meals; additional servings of wine would also yield good profits. Of the two restaurants at the hotel, food quality (and variety) is better at this one. There is great potential here, if only service standards were more uniform and like those of the morning staff."
