Tocobicho - Loures

What smvelho doesn't like about Tocobicho:
The environment is ok and cozy. You can see to the kitchen in an almost open concept, but if the view is not pleasant. It's messy and looks dirty. Food could to be awesome, but the cook just don't know how to do it: meat was covered with red pepper and fries where burned. We asked for starters, rissóis and croquetes, and also too burned.
