"So I am a big jersey mike fan a once a week customer at least mostly anderson or blue ash happen to stop in this store very dissatisfied the fist thing out of the guys mouth was down talking to the other workers about not being able to work together, they were all working when I walked in that should have been a private conversation. I ordered my sandwiches and ask as I always do on the last sandwich to have the ham sliced very thin, he was so busy talking sports with they guy behind he did not do it and I said is that as thin as you can slice it ? (Knowing from my weekly stop it is not) he looks at me like how dare you ask that said yes went back to sports talk.So glad I won't be back to this store I will go where they treat me like a welcomed customer"

"I visited here, for the first time, on my birthday. I had heard good things and was absolutely pleased to see that the expectations I had were lived-up to. The staff and the food were both extraordinary. They are self-described as a private club open to the public and it definitely had that feel. For the quality of the food and the service I was pleased that the experience did not come across at all as pretentious. If you want a great meal, celebrating a special event or not, do yourself a favor and visit The Capital Grille."
