While some diners found the food quality to be inconsistent and the service lacking, others had exceptional experiences with attentive servers and delicious dishes. Noise levels and seating arrangements seem to be hit or miss, with some guests finding the environment too loud and crowded. Overall, it appears that individual experiences at this restaurant can vary greatly depending on factors such as timing, reservation availability, and staff interactions.
Everything was tasty and perfectly cooked. Great service. Predictably good, we’ve never had a bad meal here.
Boy, I used to like PF Changs but they seem to have gone downhill. We remembered liking the lettuce wraps but they were absolutely flavorless. The veggie spring roll was weak and hardly filled with anything. Our orange chicken was too breaded and just okay. The service was mediocre. The margarita was too sugary. The restaurant was too loud and dirty/sticky. We are realizing chain restaurants are not our thing anymore.
The service was excellent and the food was good, but the portion sizes were moderate and could have been larger for the price. Unfortunately, they did not honor our table request, which was disappointing.
Making a reservation had no impact. Despite arriving at the same time as others who were told the wait would be 30 minutes, we ended up waiting over 40 minutes to be seated. Numerous other patrons were seated before us, with the hostess explaining they were waiting for a specific table to become available. The restaurant was incredibly loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Brock, our server, rocked. Hot and sour soup was suggested to be served in a bowl rather than 2 individual cups. Gave us more for less . Wine and cocktails were a good value.
