in italia, where one observes the birds, has a different meaning in the rule. But here in this almost open air café/restaurant/pub you can sit and observe how the small local birds feed from the crumbs on the floor. so sweet and very tough. the coffee and antipasti were. very good and very favorable in the did. it is an interesting place and the staff was helpful.
