I was ordering from the app and had a problem removing an item. I drove to the window where the young lady took my phone and made the correction. I placed the order then drove to a parking spot to wait the 5 minute prep time. In about two minutes she was at the car window with the order. This was about 4 p.m. July 22nd, 2023. This one Arby's is the absolute worst one I have ever been too. I work across the street and the employees are terrible!! VERY VERY SLOW!!! LAZZZY.
