The Mandarin is mostly a take out place as the dining room is usually empty. The tiny bar area is usually packed at night. They should really swap the place around and expand the bar and reduce the dining room as most people take the food out or eat at the bar so the dining area is mostly wasted space and the bar is too crowded.
