Customer service helped me pick out Queso Oaxaca for my Caprese salad. I also bought some Botanero to make spinach cheese balls. After sampling, I wish I had also bought chipotle and habanero cheeses. I had a wonderful quesadilla made on-site and enjoyed watching the workers stretch cheese. Great experience! "This is our favorite fashion pizza place, we ask for all veggies, with balsamic fig glaze, no cheeze and they invite it! The pizza is so full, colorful and hard that it always attracts attention from other mosquitoes that I feel obliged to tell them that they don't like it, it is Veegan .
