What Shani Pnishi doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered a drink and it was made wrong. I asked several times for it to be fixed and was told that they had made it the way they were supposed to and they were not going to change it. I went ultimately to the Starbucks across the parking lot where I found an incredible atmosphere. Wonderful people that not only made the drink correctly put wouldn't even charge me for it to make up for what this Starbucks had done. View all feedback.

They don 't allow you to use the public facilities aka potty . This is a business open to the public.
