This food truck in Salem needs some love people. The food is outstanding. Tonight I found it right next to Tsunami Taproom, that place is excellent by the way. We shared the Bahn Mi Tacos the fried Jalapeño rings, both were delicious. The tacos were on point. If I ever come back this way, I'll look for The Layback Food Shack! View all feedback.

Good burger and j chicken sandwich but No fries for the summer. To hot outside. Its a Food truck out back of the tavern on the main road, you have to drive around back to find it. View all feedback.
I came by today with my wife and had some awesome food, and great service. I would highly recommend this truck.
