The young lady taking the order didn't take the time to get the order right, nor did she ask for a name for the order. This resulted in my order being ordered wrong, which I knew was that she didn't ask any questions. The fellow making the orders fixed it correctly when my husband asked him to. Also, there was a supervisor, I guess, just barking orders instead of helping them catch up on orders. View all feedback.
It seems like nowadays everything is being run by teens who just want to rush to get home. This location closes at 8pm on a Saturday. I visited this location at 7:45 pm, and still with 15 minutes open you'd think a coffee place that takes 3 minutes to craft up a drink would accept customers, yet I was told they're closed.... This is happening everywhere nowadays with employees either turning away customers before they close because they want to rush to clean up to get home, or employees will just make the atmosphere awkward and unenjoyable so that the customers leave as soon as possible. Please work on coaching your workers more on this. Seeing online that a business is open just to be turned away is not something a buisness should be proud of. Restaurants are understandable but a Starbucks... come on dude.

There was a miscommunication on my order but they were speedy on fixing it!
Always solid service. Grab a cup when with kids shopping at Target. Prices are getting up there, but you can offset with free refill on the standard stuff.
