After moving to Bethlehem, I felt like it was a mission to find a good quality Chinese take out spot. But Ruby Cafe has not disappointed. Hands down the cleanest and most delicious in Bethlehem. Tiny downside is that they don’t deliver but that’s ok the drive is always worth it. View all feedback.

They still aren't allowing anyone to eat in, so you must have your order as pick up. The food was just okay. I struggle to find Chinese food I like. I prefer my sesame chicken( general tso) to be a bit crispy with sauce. It was nothing but mush. I tried putting it in my air fryer, but that overcooked it.
